Tut is the new project from acclaimed contemporary dance outfit, Shaun Parker & Company. It’s a project that celebrates the amazing skills of the recently rediscovered dance tutting, with a performance created for, by, and starring the people of Sydney. Join us at the free performances in April, or apply now to perform in Tut.

Tutting, for the uninitiated, is a mind-blowing new dance craze featuring highly intricate and rhythmic patterns of the hands, fingers and arms, which was inspired by the hieroglyphics drawn on the Ancient pyramids of King Tut. Emerging from the underground dance scene alongside vogueing, tutting’s revival has come about thanks to an explosion of online videos.
